Guest guest
Hi a! Wow, your carpet has had a workout, plus the fire in the microwave -- do you think you have a Poltergeist? LOL! My dog doesn't handle change well at all - she's generally nervous but throw in something more serious than a vaccuum cleaner or storm and she's a basket case! Cats really have a hard time w/ moving in general, I think. Enjoy that beer! You deserve it! Austin sounds like a cool place - maybe one day I'll visit there! Get to the CIA when you can and report back!! TAKE CARE! Donna > >Oh yeah I started my new job right when I got here...I have had no >rest whatsoever!!!! Guest guest
Thanks Donna! Tonight I actually squeezed in a workout in addition to my walking this afternoon. I did about 10 minutes on the trampoline (which I can use now that I am on the first floor) and then did Gilad on FitTV there were a few punches so I used my bag that was handily nearby(which I can also now use that I am on the first floor). Not a killer workout by any means...but a step towards getting back on the groove. I'm adjusting from 10 hours sleep on a regular basis to the average of seven hours sleep. UGH! I go through periods of insomnia and times where I can sleep like the dead for days at a time. Food was decent today as well...cept the beer. My weight is now back down to the low where it was before I started the moving. So I have to concentrate and knock it down some more now. a > Hi a! > > Wow, your carpet has had a workout, plus the fire in the microwave -- do you > think you have a Poltergeist? LOL!
