Guest guest
Hi Carolyn, I have the Quick Fix Total Mix and I do like it quite a bit -- it is sort of " mixed " some sections are pretty easy others are more " intermediate " . It makes a nice add-on or " just getting back into " it workout -- nothing too terrible and good for when you're time crunched. Someone over at VF designed a rotation using just short segments from the QF workouts and others (I'll see if I can dig up a link to post). I've also used this as a " circuit " workout alternating some cardio from other workouts w/ a section from the QF DVD. If you decide you want it, just let me know - my local Target sells it for around $9 and I could pick it up and send it to you if you'dl ike!
