No exotic ingredients, please! I'm having a hard enough time figuring out the wheat differences - maybe it's to do with the way wheat is identified here (as in, it isn't)? As for choice - hard, red, white, soft... forget about it. " Just take what's in the bin, lady! " I've found recipes online but it hasn't been a tasty experience, lol. I'm thinking something is getting lost in the translation overseas. I don't know why this is so difficult for me, but it's going over my head just like geometry. I'm not going for anything fancy even... just something to replace my Helga's. *grin* Many thanks, in advance! Eva P.S.
