Guest guest Posted September 17, 2004 Report Share Posted September 17, 2004 hi michelle! ive never seen ada but have heard of her and her tv show. i thought that i had posted here about gilad's new programs on fit-tv. they are showing 'bodies in motion' now and will be airing his new workouts in december, around xmas. anyway, you might check out www.bodiesinmotionwithgilad.com as there is lots of info there and a message board and so on. you might be able to get an answer to your question about ada there. -caroyln.
