Guest guest
Hi Jeanette, Weekends are tough, especially w/ kids around! I like your menu idea and keep journaling! I need to keep the same things in mind about crappy foods.... Donna >No workouts this weekend....was too busy and tired. Most weekends a >good, long workout is just out of the question. BUT....I need to >remember that I have all of the nice, quick workouts I can do on the >weekends. _________________________________________________________________ On the road to retirement? Just had a >thought....like a menu! LOL! I could look at my list every day and >decide what sounds good! this is what i do in an excel spreadsheet. i have all of my workouts listed and categorized as to if they are cardio or strength. beside each workout's name is a series of small boxes. i often follow a basic rotation of cardio one day, strength training the next with a rest thrown in whenever i feel it. so i just look at my list of workouts, pick one or two from the appropriate category, make a note in the box beside the workout's name to indicate what date i did it on and off i go! i will sometimes pick whatever i want from the list, whether ive done it recently or not... but i do keep track of the dates so that i can make an attempt to do one that i havent done in a long time. -carolyn.
