Guest guest
Freeze half of the watermelon, then blend with the watermelon that is at room temperature. If you use Stevia - did you read my information on Stevia on my recipes page of my website? You might be using too much - a VERY little goes a LONG way. If cutting back on the amount isn't sweet enough, mixing Stevia with another sweetener (I recommend dates) greatly enhances the sweetness of the other sweetener so that you don't have to use nearly as much as you would have otherwise. Guest guest
FREEZE YOUR FRUIT! Seriously, cut your watermelon in cubes, divide into blending portions, and freeze in individual freezer bags (divide the juice and add it to the bags as well. Or for that matter, you could just throw them all into one big freezer bag and use what you think you'll need. In 22 years of making smoothies, I have yet to use Ice--why dilute all that beautiful flavor? Forget about ice--that's for the likes of Smoothie King! We know better!
