I know DirecTV has it but I'm not sure what package it's offered in. With cable you also have OnDemand and there's a FitTV OnDemand, but not all the shows are on it. They also have Exercise TV which offers a lot of the same types of exercises that Fit TV does, but they're by different folks. And each category has it's own selection. So if you want a dance workout, you go to the dance category and all the offerings are under there. As far as I know all the cable companies offer that channel regardless of the market. I started out with Jane Fonda then moved on to the Firm Classics, now I have three of Cathe's workouts, all the WHFN KickButts and FitPrimes, and now the Get Ripped workouts. I also have one of Kathy 's step workouts that I really like. I also have a few yoga workouts, The Method with Kries, she's so flexible it's amazing, a series of Lilias workouts from off the tv, and a couple of Giaim yoga tapes. It seems once you start you can't seem to stop collecting. It's like a sickness....I keep telling DH that I have to get more so that my body doesn't get used to using one type of workout. So far he's swallowed that, at least he didn't complain when I got him to stop at Fitness Plus in Calgary to pick up Jari's workouts. LOL! I used to watch it, and exercise to it when they had Body by Jake on, but that was quite a while ago.
