He once refused to eat some pot roast (which he loved!) because he found a tiny piece of parsley in his serving. Last time he and his wife were here, I made a green smoothie and he did taste it and actually enjoyed it. Now they make them at their home. Also, my husband was never much of a veggie eater (especially averse to green leafy stuff!) until I began making the green smoothies. Now he makes his own! But he seems stuck on either romaine or spinach. I buy chard and kale and collards, and unless I use them myself, they tend to just wither in the fridge.Swiss chard is a particular favorite of mine since childhood. I don't hear of many people who use it these days. A shame, since it's such a good green.Cheers!Peggyps...I could not agree more about the Vitamix! I have purchased 4 of them.
