Guest guest
Okay, now that I'm starting to feel better from my cold, both DD and DH are sick! UGH! I think we're going to be in for a long winter. DD, who is normally a great sleeper, was up quite a bit last night, she finally fell asleep for good around midnight - but DH's alarm goes off at 4! I tried to rest in a bit, but once my mind was awake I kept thinking about stuff to do, and, well, you know how it goes - I ended up getting up sometime before 5 and did manage to workout. But, w/ not much sleep and still wanting to take it easy w/ this cold thing, I skipped Cathe again and did the Get Moving Weight Loss walk w/ Madeiline (GAIAM release) again. I really like this one and worked up a sweat -- not sure if it was b/c it was intense or if I'm still sick (you know how it is -- one minute your hot, next your cold...) I also did T-Tapp Primary Back Stretch through the Twist and Quick Callanatics Legs (this one kills!! ) I'm actually sore from doing the one hour original Callanetics yesterday. Anyway, I'm running late due to my adventures last night. I'm hoping that everyone is back to normal soon!! (Carolyn - so sorry to hear about your first cold of the season, too!) Take care, Donna _________________________________________________________________ Express yourself instantly with MSN Messenger!
