Guest guest
When I first got my VM I put a whole orange, seeds, pith, zest in to make orange juice. BUT it was so bitter that I've never tried it ALL again. Pith and seeds are OK to me, but not all of the zest. Some is OK, but believe me; the whole thing is awfully bitter in my opinion. Sunkist makes the best peelers; they have a a curved blade. I sometime find them in a store and I stock up. They have a tendency to disappear on me...That's why I stock up. Tupperware also makes one with a straight blade, not as good as Sunkist. Eugenia in ABQ
Guest guest
I can second this - I accidentally put the orange peel that I had just taken off into the container rather than the trash. I made my audience members return their samples it was so bad :-) Blessings,Lea Ann SavageSatellite Beach, FL(321) 773-7088 (home)(321-961-9219 (cell)))><'>www.VitamixLady.comwww..com<))>< Re:whole orange in smoothies When I first got my VM I put a whole orange, seeds, pith, zest in to make orange juice.
