Guest guest
hello EVERYONE sorry i haven't posted anything until now BUT i am asking for everyones patient because i am having computer problems that unfortunately have not been solved, yet. so again, please be patient with me and my "so-called" computer. carolyn, you asked me to share my work-out schedule and i have to say that after reading YOUR work-out schedule, you'll probably think MY schedule is a very "lazy" one. regardless as i ALWAYS say, EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT. (which i can not say this enough) what may work for me may not work for someone else however; the work-out i needed was something i could always do (rather tired or not) & still see fast results. i've always noticed that even though a group of people may be on the "same work-out program" each person's physical being/results may "totally differ" from one another. when i used to tae-bo every other day my body looked so stiff & tight instead of long and fluent. it took me a long time to actually find the BEST work-out for me to give me a nice lean, graceful and fluent look. believe it or not my work-out is very simple for me and gives me the results i want. everyday i work-out with one belly dancing tapes (by the way, i'm only a veena and neena fan when it comes to belly dance tapes), on mondays & thursdays i lift weights and on saturdays i do tae-bo (with weights) and yoga/pilates. in doing this my body gets its FULL work-out & my body gets a chance to relax & BREATH. although this may seem like a "boring" & simple work-out but for me it DEFINITELY works and helps me not to "dread" working-out. this work-out works for me and i LOVE my results. my stomach has NEVER looked this flat since i've started my belly dancing tapes everyday. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT and for me in doing this work-out; my body feels very lean & graceful and nicely toned. i can't believe that i am at a point in my life where i do not dread working-out anymore. in my opinion a person just has to try & try different things until they find out what works & gives them the BEST results. i hope the best for you paula on your new job and in my opinion, to help solve your problem of trying to calm down & relax, (besides daily setting time aside for yourself) i feel you should "embrace your hobbies." improve on your hobbies you are good at and take time to develop new ones. everyone in this group probably has so many talents that they are not aware of and should take time to find out just what they are. i write poetry on the daily basis to help relax me as well as doing art/sketching. take this time to develop the skills/hobbies you already have and take time to inherited "new ones." life's short so have fun. take care ALL & GOD Bless
