Hi! New to the group!

Hi all! Thought I'd do a short intro! I'm Carla, a SAHM of 4 kids, married to my honey for almost 16 yrs! I've wanted a vitamix for a while but would never put out the $$ for myself.. Well my husband bought me one for our upcoming Anniversary! It's a good thing I have a husband who knows what's good for me more than I do sometimes!! I think my new Vitamix is going to be my new BFF as I have multiple food allergies. I'm allergic to dairy, gluten, soy, tree nuts/peanuts corn, chicken, with a slight allergy to eggs to round things off! lol! Fun stuff!!Thanks for having me in the group!

LOL!! I know.. when I tell people what allergies I have most of them just look at me with wide open eyes and say, why don't you just tell me what you *can* eat.. haha!! But I am super healthy, my dr. said I couldn't possibly be healthier! lol!

The big thing for me is that sometimes I want something "different"... my "junk food" of choice are RiceWorks chips in the cinnamon flavour.. they are sooo good! Yum!
