Guest guest
Hello Everyone: Thanks Sue and . That is why I love the gals in this group. I have been in this country 23 years and I never got this much attention even from my ex-wives. I just talked to the people that interviewed me and they said I am still in the running and their hiring and interviewing process is still going on. I am still hopeful. There is also two other positions I am interviewing for which are computer network engineering positions which I went to school for and I am very hopeful this time that I will land a job at a very descent firm with good benefits. As far as the court is concern, when I was there at 9:30 AM and was the first one to be interrogated the judge kept threatening me with throwing me in jail. Then for the first time in my life I lost it in front of a judge and I let him have it, I mean I was really screaming at him and by the time I was finished I was sitting in my chair. I did not notice but I guess the judge did that I had my three fingers in my pulse because I thought I was about to get a shock. Then the scene was my ex-wife next to me and checking my pulse and right away reaching in my shaving kit bag where I keep my meds and giving me a clonopin with water and me chewing it and immediately relaxing and sighing away then the judge took out everyone in the court room and asked us to go into his chambers. I was served a decaf coffee and the judge semi apologized to me and saying that he sees a lot of dead beats and this is the only way to get some money from them. I told him if he had listened to me and looked at my evidence which was print-outs that showed me applying for over 700 jobs in the past year with 90+ interviews and about 30 Sunday NY Times news papers job market section with each had at least 5 jobs circled and my phone bills that corresponds those numbers and fax receipts that also corresponds with those numbers and finally saying I have done everything within my power but nobody wants to hire a 43 year old ex wall street trader who used to make tons of money and also who has a heart problem with an implantation of an ICD. I told him that I was in the final stage of interviews with two companies. I also gave her a thousand dollars that I borrowed so the judge after asking my wife and saying this guy is really making an effort so that he recommended her to be a little more patient so he said if ok he will dismiss the case. She agreed. Employers think about their Insurance bills when they hire a person with a medical problem like what I have their bill goes up quite a bit(I should know I used to be the one that use to hire people) so nobody wants to hire a person with a big health problem. I am sorry but I can't remember the name of the person that told me to check my ex employers who kept saying I left due to a health problem Thanks a million. Because of you I am getting 10 calls a week rather than 2 a month. After that person wrote to me I made some calls to my ex-VP's who I worked with (I was a VP in the same firm) and told them that somebody keeps telling that I left with a heart problem to the people that ask about me and I asked for a favor to stop this. Now I hear that everyone is getting an answer, I left because of a personal problem where I needed to take a break from the stock market which is a very usual thing because of burn-out ratio. So with that I thank that sweet person with all my heart because just by pointing that out to me you might have changed my life and I Love YOU for that. Well Tttttttthat's Alllll folks. Hugs and kisses to everyone because I have been in a great mood lately. Thanks to all of you for listening to my BS. Guest guest
Thanks Sharon. Welcome back honey. when you feel up to it i would love to hear the details. Bye the way you never bored me so don't worry about that, you were always here for me in my tough days and please allow me to do the same. I hope you feel better soon. You sound like you are in the hands of a not so experienced doc or something like that, maybe it is time to move out of Chicago to a place where there is better care. I am worried about you. Love TURK Re: Hey Turk Turk, remember that even thoug I am down right now that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
