I've just finished reading all my mail. Hopefully I have everyone where

they want to be. If not let me know and I will take care of it...

(tomorrow, I'm going out to eat tonight:) I've been at this computer

since 7:00am. Took one break when it locked up. Had pretzels for lunch

sitting right here.

Many, many thanks to those of you who have been so supportive. Your

messages meant a lot to me and kept me going through this hectic time.

I'm a strong believer in strokes and I need all I can get:)

Looks like we lost almost 200 members but 50 or so were duplicates that

were on digest and individual list at majordomo and quite a few had put

themselves on nomail and then forgotten they were members of the list.

So things aren't looking as bad as I thought.

Now if you all can curb your tongues and abide by the policies so I

don't have to do so much work I'll get a start on updating the library:)

I know you all would like that because I have a whole lot of stuff to

add. Just need the time to do it:)

If you have a problem with the list, a list member, or anything else

Please, Please, send your complaint to me. It will be a whole lot easier

for me to take care of it than to have to write to everyone on the list

who may have something to say about your complaint.

Because I can't prevent inappropriate messages from reaching the list

you may find yourself unsubscribed for a preceived violation that you

didn't intend. I may not be able to tell if the message is something

meant to cause problems or just a slip of the tongue. Should this happen

write to me and explain and me and my advisors will review your

subscription status. I know this sounds harsh but experience tells me

that as I have no real control I have to be harsh to keep things running

smoothly. The only other alternative is to moderate the list and that

would mean that messages only get posted once a day and only the number

we have time for.

Please follow the policies. They were each put in place some problem we

had in the past.

They were tested by allowing violations to see what would happen and in

each case it only took a couple of days for a war to break out.

I love having you all here. I like this list too. You all may not know

it but I became the administration when Heidi took over the list before

I became owner so I've been around a long time:)
