Don't let the Advanced Lives scare you cuz the original Studio Advanced is

still the kickbutt tape.

Barb

Hi Barb

I'll relax then, I actually can't wait to get them, they said 2-3 weeks for

standard shipping, I should have gone for the express. Oh well, they'll be

here soon enough, until then its the original Advanced for me.

Thanks for putting my intro in the vault.

Chrissy,

I'm so glad you are de-lurking. Wow!!! Two teenagers! I havent started

having kids yet...but thats what I fear the most...the teenagers.

I personally am not doing the weight watchers program..but several on this

board are. Sandy is so kind as to share her journal with us very often so we

can get an idea of the point values. May be you would eventually like to do

the same.

We are glad to have you here!!!!

<< Hi all,

I've been lurking on you list for about a week now and decided to come out

of

hiding. I'm 37 yrs old and am married for the second time to Bob who is 50.

I have two teenage daughters one 17 and one who will be 15 on the 17th of

this month and 3 grown stepchildren. I'm from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and

have lived her all my life. I'm currently on the WW 123 at home program and

have been for 5 weeks now, I've lost 12.5 since starting again. I've

probably lost and gained the same 20 lbs thousands of times in the past 17

yrs and don't have trouble working out, I'm actually one of those people who

enjoy it. My big problem is the eating part, I'm a definite food addict,

I'm

going to lose and additional 45lbs this time and keep it off with the help

of

Blanks. I jotted down my measurements too this week and will start

keeping track of those once a month too. I've been doing Tae bo off and on

for a year in addition to Firm tapes, but just recently caught the Tae bo

bug. I don't know why it didn't affect me like it is now, but I always was

more of a Firmie, which I still like, but I'm doing Taebo 3 to 4 days a week

now and Firms 2 to 3 days. My sister and I are doing all of this together,

we work together in her family home daycare and the kids are loving the

tapes. They like to exercise with us but they are especially happy when we

do Taebo. We originally started working out when the kids were napping but

one day we did the basic taebo and they loved it so now we have exercise

hour

each morning, its so cute to see the little ones exercising they really give

it their all. We've worked up to the advanced tape now and we ordered the

set of 3 advanced live tapes the other day. I'm a little nervous that we

may

not quite be ready for the advanced live ones, but we'll work our way up to

it.

I heard about your list on another email list and thought I'd check it out

since catching the Tae bo fever. It seems like such a supportive place so I

decided to come out of my shell.

Welcome Chrissy! That's great that you can do the Tae-Bo with your sister

and at the home day care. And it's really great that the kids get a little

workout too. You are right, everyone here is great!!

Chrissy,

Welcome to the group! I'm so glad you decided to join us.

Congratulations on the weight lost so far! It sounds like you have a

great workout schedule and are really doing well so far with WW. What

a great idea to do tae-bo with the kids. You might think about

ordering tae-bo junior for kids. I got it for my nephew and when I

watched it, it looked really good. I'm sure they would enjoy seeing

other kids working out on the tv screen with them! Good luck with your

weightloss goals and with tae-bo. Let us know if you have any

questions.

Welcome! I recently discovered Tae Bo (thanks to others on this list!) and

love it too!

Speaking of which - what are the newest Tae Bo? Circuit Workouts? Anyone

have 'em?

That's the one I just bought...Cardio Circuit 1. It's 36 minutes long and Circuit 2 is 56 minutes.
