Guest guest
Hi! I think I'm going to return the Abs & Glutes DVD I bought today --- I saw it at DeepDiscountDVD.com for $9.89, as opposed to the $19.99 I paid for it.... Good thing I resisted temptation and didn't open it! How is the leg and arm workout? Also, what is Tae Bo II? I saw that at DeepDiscount for $9.89, too. TIA, AGAIN!! I saw that at DeepDiscount for $9.89, too. taebo II is the GET RIPPED set. there is a basic set of 2 and an advanced set of 2. i think that there might also be an 8 min workout and an instructional called 'getting started' or something like that. in the basic set, one is easy for beginners... the other is a good basic workout which includes some floor work at the beginning. the 2 advanced workouts are some of the toughest that billy has ever done and i have a hard time keeping up/finishing them. -carolyn. --- Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). Guest guest
Carolyn, THANK YOU again! I think what I have is " Ultimate " abs & butt, not Abs & Glutes... gee...I'm so confused now. So maybe I don't want what I have and what I can get from DDD.com, maybe I want something else! YIKES! The Tae Bo II is getting me interested....hmmm..... Either way, I'm definately returning what I bought today since I can get the same thing much cheaper elsewhere! Confused, Donna > > > I think I'm going to return the Abs & Glutes DVD I bought today > > --- I saw it > > at DeepDiscountDVD.com for $9.89, as opposed to the $19.99 I paid > > for it.... > >oh my! that is a huge difference! > > > How is the leg and > > arm workout? > >which leg and arm workout? there is taebo ultimate upper body and taebo >ultimate lower body (along with ultimate abs and ultimate butt). are >those >the ones that you mean? the 'ultimate' taebo workouts are ok... but they >are compilations so you have to rely on good editing and at times the >editing could be better. also billy normally builds some recovery time >(often referred to as 'walk it outs') into his workouts and the editing of >the complilations do not allow for that. > > > Also, what is Tae Bo II? So maybe I don't want what > I have and > what I can get from DDD.com, maybe I want something else! YIKES! well.. hmmm. abs & glutes is one workout - 30 mins. ultimate abs and ultimate butt are two separate workouts - each 60 mins -- but released together on one dvd. and now that i think about it, i do not think that abs & glutes is available on dvd. for that reason, and because the price was $20, it does sound like you have two of the ultimate workouts. the ultimates are not 'bad'... they just have a few flaws because they are compilations. actually i also have an outline of what all of the moves are in those workouts if you are interested -- i will post them. that might help you to see if you want to open them or not. -carolyn. --- Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).
