Please to announce that as of today Sharon is home in her own bed still not up to speed but do considerable better than she was. She has received two new diagnosis which I will let her share with you. She is bruised from top of her arms to the bottom of her fingers from IV fluids and meds but she actually is trying to joke a bit and interject a bit of her off beat sense of humor. She is weak and still unable to tolerate food as we know is. She says this is Gods answer to all her prayers about weight loss. She never found a diet she could really stick to so she prayed and prayed and now God has seen fit to make all food undegestable. She has lost a a total of 83 lbs. Her liquid intake is limited due to her reflux and n meds seem to help her so she gets little protein boost they hare hard for her to keep down too but she is at least off Iv for now. Her spirits are low and her humor is practical non existent, Her best friend Rita who is a nurse feels that Sharon has given up. That this road has been to hard and she is just to tired, Her kids and I refuse to let this happen. I think we actually have the help of her husband this time around as he is scared and fearful she has lost all her will too.

She still enjoys her dogs. She has two wire haired fox terriers who once she came through the door refuse to leave her side or her bed. They love her. I am not sure how much you all know about Sharon but she is the best friend anyone could hope to ever know. She is sometimes a bit rough around her edges. Her life is a story that would make a strong man weep. She says it happen to make her stronger. She is a fighter and a great support to her many friends. She always has time to listen and you never leave her without a hug and a kiss.

She has three wonderful children and I am not sure she realizes ow much they adore her. She is a great grandmother to her grandchildren wither they are birth right are just people she has adopted that there families had walked away from. That how I got in her life and I feel truly blessed she is my best friend, my Mom and a lady I love and respect so much. I would give my life to make her well.

Sharon stands about 5' 1" if her shoes had high heels and she has a smile that can light up a room. You are never company the second time you visit you just become part of her family. She remembers little details about how you like your tea or coffee or your favorite food or desert and you can bet money that you'll get a call to get your butt to her house cause she is cooking up your favorite.
