Guest guest
Hi everyone- I just wanted to tell you I made one of my favorite smoothies today- kale, broccoli, asparagus, carrot, raspberries, blueberries, 1/4 peach, 2 thin slices of apple, 4 oz. Thistle skim milk and two ice cubes. All ingredients were from the farmer's market today. This was the perfect balance both taste wise and texture- wanted to share with you. It's my dinner. I did add a small amount of protein powder to it. Ronnie

Guest guest
Hi, Just reading your recipe and it says " 4 oz. Thistle skim milk " . I'm wondering if you actually buy the Thistle skim milk or make it. I have Milk Thistle Seeds that I sometimes put in my smoothies (or you could grind it first). If you made it, I need the recipe please. Always looking to learn more..... Thanks, April :-) ---n , Ronnie Schultz <ronniejoy@...> wrote: > > Hi everyone- > > I just wanted to tell you I made one of my favorite smoothies today- > > kale, broccoli, asparagus, carrot, raspberries, blueberries, 1/4 > peach, 2 thin slices of apple, 4 oz.
