can't speak from personal experience, but my very old dog was on a version

of glucosamine/chondroiten and it made a big difference in her hips!

i give this stuff to my dog every morning. seems to help him too.

Well, I am getting to be an old dog, and yes, I do already take Glucosamine,

and have been for years. It didn't keep me from spraining a ligament

though.

A shot of cortisone seems to have put some life back into the knee.

I'll be getting back to my workouts this week.

a, I will keep an eye out for the apartments in the area and

let you know.
