Guest guest Posted August 10, 2005 Report Share Posted August 10, 2005 Hi Folks, I will be spending a week hiking in the mountains next week and wondered if anyone out there has suggestions for means of getting more vegetables into my diet. Baby carrots and celery are easy - fruit is easy, but after that I'm stumped. I am seeking in particular portable stuff that doesn't need cooking, and no refrigeration of course.
