Guest guest
hiya! todays workout was step & sweat put out by crunch fitness and led by michelle dozois. this workout is on a dvd with another crunch step class called 'the next step'. normally i do both step workouts together as one workout (each is 30 mins long) but today i only had time for s & s. it was ok. even a lousy 30 mins of exercise kept getting interrupted ... the darned phone and 3yr old shane is *still* sick. anyway, michelle has a couple of girls working out with her on this video and one of them has potential to be quite annoying but amazingly she still hasnt completely gotten to me (yet). the workout is fine -- steady stepping with some interesting choreography... wish it were longer. *~*~*~*~* Carolyn --- Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). Guest guest
Thanks for the review Carolyn, because so far I've really liked Crunch! I like a good step routine, and I'm with you I'd do an hour's worth if possible but you're right, 30 minutes *is* better than nothing, and sadly, 30 minutes more exercise than most Americans do in a week. Canadians may be a bit better? :-) So how is that one chick annoying? Just curious! Guest guest
That's hilarious! I have Crunch's Cardio Sculpt but haven't done it yet. It looks great though, I watched part of it. I agree as a consumer we're jipped if it's only a half hour, but I do kinda like doing 2 or 3 videos tonite. I just did a new one, as a matter of fact, and will be very happy to hear which one I did.. Mysteriously, > > Thanks for the review Carolyn, because so far I've really liked > > Crunch! > > hi laura - the more i do crunch workouts, the more im liking them. > but crunch always makes their workouts so darned short! i always have to > do 2 of them. > for a while i was doing crunch's boot camp workout and i would rewind it and > do it twice, it was so much fun... its just too bad that they couldnt make > their workouts 45 mins at least (if they cant do a full hour). oh well! > > > So how is that one chick annoying?
