Soup, nuts, greenies ~ I think we have covered all subjects today and I have been excited to print some for my recipe folder.

Never made *ice cream* before in the Vita-Mix so I couldn't remember if you needed 1/2 & 1/2 or real cream so I went for the gold when shopping today and picked up the whipping cream....

Found this recipe and I can tell you it was a winner ~ I did portion myself to one serving and froze the rest....those who don't do diary or sugar, hide your eyes! But it really was NOT that sweet!
