Guest guest
Our machine is a 15 y.o. machine still performs like a champ, but thought the champ was K'O'd last weekend, but got back up to speed and is in fighting shape again - What is the difference between our machine V103 and this new machine 5200 series with the Swedish motor? Does it have the same Ooph and giddyup and go like Old Bessy has??
Guest guest
The VM0103 is the 5000 and it performs the same as the 5200 (albeit it with a different motor). The only thing is that I don't think the 5000 has been around 15 years (has it?). Your machine intelligently shut itself off before any damage could occur. Vitamix Swedish Motor...?? Guest guest
For all intents and purposes they perform the same. The 5200 has a motor that runs at a cooler temperature so that translates into it being harder to "trip the thermal heat sensor". I can't tell a significan difference between my new 5200 and my old 5000 in performance. Oh, well-she doesn't have purty leopard panties like I do. Might trade her for that wicked vitamix though! How 'bout it Lea Ann?
