Guest guest
> My only regret is that the full workout is only around 25 minutes. i just wanted to comment that karen has re-issued this workout on dvd and partnered it with another called CARDIO/STRENGTH to produce circuit training workouts. so you can apparently program the dvd to produce a longer workout that includes step, strength training and stability ball work. -carolyn. --- Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). I do like this one a LOT though. I really felt it in my abs! Waaanh!! well heck! did your dvd come with a little booklet that describes all of her videos/dvds? that is where i got that info from. is your dvd called ULTIMATE CIRCUIT TRAINING? the cover is green and puts together the photos of karen that are on the individual workouts. so on the cover of this dvd she is sitting on her ball and looks to be marching up on a step beside it. the booklet says: " the fun-to-follow circuit format helps you to slim down, firm up and get you limber fast. choose to do cardio-step, strength training with dumbells or core conditioning and stretching on a stability ball. as a bonus, you get 5 more 'shortcut' routines that fit easily into a busy life. contains videos cardio/strength and blt on a ball. maybe im misunderstanding what the booklet says? -carolyn. --- Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). All it says is " B.L.T. Butt legs, & Tummy on a Ball " . The folded up poster like flyer that comes with it is merely an advertisement selling other products of hers. I just have the regular version, no fancy extras Perhaps that's why it was only $9.99 at Borders? - > > program it to have a cardio/stength portion.
