If I am buying something from someone, I would like to know it is reliable. If I am selling something, I would like to be assured that it wouldn't separate in a couple of days, have the colors run together etc. While I don't think it's necessary to quarantine products for an extended, it makes me leary when people are asking for a recipe for a product they have never made before for a show tomorrow.
