Guest guest
Yes, its really funny how I avoided working out like the plague for so long, and now my body simply craves it, and lets me know I can't slouch off and be happy any longer. Thank you for all you share on the site because it inspires me. RE: New graphic for Exercise Video & DVD Fanatics homepage Great going on the weight loss, ! Guest guest
Miss Pink encouraged me to share the photos and had me on the page shortly after I posted them - I didn't even have time to send a note saying they were there. is a great group moderator and has always been willing to share words of fitness wisdom with me. What a blessing she is. Cola, what you write inspires me onward too, so thanks. Re: New graphic for Exercise Video & DVD Fanatics homepage At 10:12 PM 8/22/2004, Pink wrote: >Wow! Guest guest
Dear a, Thanks for the kind words! I'd be happy to take some classes, however, I've sprained my knee twice this year, and the docs have me laying off the classes I love - TurboKick Kickboxing. I mostly do elliptical trainer and weights right now, working with a PT to try and bring the knee back. But do let me know when you get to Austin, and we'll see whats possible. Did you ever get a job here? You also inspire me with what you write about fitness. Re: New graphic for Exercise Video & DVD Fanatics homepage You look awesome !!!! Guest guest
a, Actually, GOOD NEWS!, my Physical Therapist gave me the green light yesterday to go do a TK class. He said if I had any problems with it that we could work on those specific areas, but he felt I needed more functional activity and not just the linear exercises he has had me doing. So, just let me know when you're coming to town, and we can share a TK class. What kind of church will you be looking for? Guest guest
, Thats awesome news!!!!!! Who hoo! I'm so excited. I'm trying to find an apartment near the Hancock Center 24hr fitness. I went and viewed an apartment near the other one on Research...but it would be such a long long bus ride for me to work if I get this job I'm up for (and I have a DECENT shot). Do you know any on Cameron near 35 in walking distance to the other gym???? I'm looking for a Christian Church...doesn't matter if its denominational or not. I was raised in both Episcopal and Methodist Churches and Tery was raised Baptist...so we're still trying to find something that appeals to both of us. If you know of any or any apartments we might try, could you e-mail me at paulajfrey@... ? Tell us how your first classes back turn out!!!! Good luck!! a > > > Wow!
