I hope you review ALL those dvd's, especially the stability ball

one! My abs are getting sorer and sorer by the hour from " I Want

Those Abs! " so perhaps I should up my rating to a 9!

15 pounders are great! I use them for French presses, squats, and

sometimes for chest flies depending on the count.
