Guest guest
Hi again, someone asked about molding soap in a luffa sponge: Cut the luffa sponge into 2-1/2 " slices with a serrated knife. with sharp scissors, remove the inner pieces of the sponge, leaving a tube, (save these pieces for a luffa scrub soap) Wrap the luffa with 4 -5 layers of plastic wrap, pulling the plastic tightly over one end of the tube and securing the plastic wrap close to the edge of the other end of the tube with a thick rubber band. (if the band is too thin, it will cut into the sponge). Trim excess plastic wrap level with the top of the sponge mold. Make soap and pour the soap into the prepared sponge. Let harden and remove the plastic wrap. these are really cool....great for a basket of bath items. Enjoy! Lynnette
