GREEN ~ I did it....my FIRST :)

I'm so excited and proud of myself for making my first "green" smoothie!

And, might I add that it was delicious and should I have been a piggy and drank the entire batch? <oink, oink> LOL

The only problem is that the banana was not frozen and I did add ice but it was warm when finished blending so I added some ice cubes in the glass while drinking.

I feel the texture was fabulous and turned out stellar for my very first time!

Instead, I put the left over in a glass bottle for tomorrow....can you do that without losing nutrients or do you have to make it fresh everyday? Sorry I sound so dense....

Oh, the recipe ~

3/4 cup of Welch's %100 white grape peach juice

1 whole banana

1 unpeeled apple (seeds, stem and all)

1 slice of pineapple

1/2 cup? of cabbage (just cut off a small chunk)

2 handfuls of baby spinach

Ice
