Guest guest
I'm so excited and proud of myself for making my first "green" smoothie! And, might I add that it was delicious and should I have been a piggy and drank the entire batch? <oink, oink> LOL The only problem is that the banana was not frozen and I did add ice but it was warm when finished blending so I added some ice cubes in the glass while drinking. I feel the texture was fabulous and turned out stellar for my very first time! Instead, I put the left over in a glass bottle for tomorrow....can you do that without losing nutrients or do you have to make it fresh everyday? Sorry I sound so dense....
