Guest guest
I didn't sign up for this list and I don't like being put on a list without knowing what it is. I know there was talk of changing a toiletries list but I belive people still should have the opportunity to do it on their own. Is this what happened? we were all just put here without having to sign up?
Guest guest
Yes, you were. Since we have 1300 members, asking each and every one of them to individually sign up would have been chaos for the entire list, and completely unnecessary. This is stand procedure when large lists move from one server to another. It was not intended as an invasion of your privacy, or a curtailment of your prerogatives. We were simply making the transition as simple and painless as possible. Unsubscribing is just as easy as pie. Go to . I would like to take the time to thank the administrators of this list for all of their time and effort in making the transition to a new server so smooth. The information I've gleaned from this list has been incredibly helpful! And RuthAnn, thanks so much for your tips for making bath bombs, it was much appreciated! Guest guest
... Thanks for transferring us all over. It makes it much easier for us and onelist. If anyone should choose not to be on this list, let them unsubscribe themselves as it is VERY easy to do. However, I cant see why anyone would want to leave in the first place. ) Jan ******** WOODRJR@... wrote: > > From: WOODRJR@... > > In a message dated 12/20/99 8:17:28 PM Pacific Standard Time, rodeo@... > writes: > > << From: Patchouli <rodeo@...> >> > I really want to thank for transfering all of us instead of having each > one transfer. She was doing it to try to make things easier and more convenient for everyone concerned. Did you WANT to have to sign up? I guess she thought since you were already on the list, you'd appreciate being moved without having to take further action. Looks like she was wrong, huh?
