Guest guest Posted June 26, 2003 Report Share Posted June 26, 2003 Bill - RE: metaprolol -- I took it for a little while and when the dosage got too high for me, what I experienced was difficulty breathing (not really shortness of breath - more like I couldn't get a deep breath), extreme fatigue, and a general yucky feeling. As soon as they stopped the metaprolol, my symptoms went away. Not sure if that helps ... I know everyone's experience is different. Hope you are able to get some answers from your doctor soon.
