Sunny:

All we seem to get long term is at best a holding action of very limited

effect. " The death of a thousand cuts " continues daily.

I still have no answer from my concern about what one would think the ACA

response 'should' be to that PBS-Alan Alda package from last spring. Sure

they sent a letter, but then what? No public apology, no attempt to rectify

the distortion and lies and ignorance and propaganda in that bit of

slanderous promotion of the medical agenda. Again our profession was held

up to ridicule with no apparent concern for truth.

The studies relating to basilar artery injury Dr. Freeman reports as being

statistically and academically so infrequent a proper study couldn't even

be designed, could be in itself part of a campaign to educate about relative

safety.

Although I suppose promoting 'see Dr. X he hasn't killed anyone lately'

might not be too good of an approach.........

I certainly don't have any answers, you'd be the second one to hear if I

did.........
