Guest guest
I read this thing and I love it . It reminds me of myself , Everyone that I know is always asking me "How can you always be in such a good mood and always smiling when you go thru so much" my response" if I didn't keep such a good outlook on things I would have either been dead or in a mental institution a long time ago" . Thanks for this now I know I'm not totally nuts(smile) . LOL Morality tale This is one of those emails that go around and around - but worthwhile reading again and again!Let it really sink in. You can't be a positive person all of the time. How do you do it?" replied, "Each morning I wake up and say to myself, you have two choices today. You can choose to be in a good mood or you can choose to be in a bad mood. I choose to be in a good mood. Each time something bad happens, I can choose to be a victim or I can choose to learn from it. Guest guest
Hi , Thanks. I try and use this pop-philosophy whenever I can, as I found my friends all disappeared if I got too down and moody. Unfair, but that is life. If the world was really fair, I can't imagine what I did to deserve how I am? Friends don't want to be reminded that life is hell for someone else (it might happen to them!). But, then again, I guess I would feel the same if not sick, much though I hope I wouldn't. Also, it is good for my pain. Yesterday, I nearly let depression take over and I had an extremely painful day. Today is our wedding anniversary and I woke and thought `Be Happy'. So far, I am noticing the pain, much less! Love, Hedony Morality tale This is one of those emails that go around and around - but worthwhile reading again and again!Let it really sink in. Guest guest
Thanks Helen - it has been a beautiful day (second marriage for us both) and it is not over yet. I think it is even more special because the last three years of stress took a terrible toll on our marriage and I was not sure it would survive. Although he was supportive, I felt my husband was helping because it was the honourable thing to do, but that he was not accepting that this was how our life was going to be, from now on. A few weeks ago, I realised that I had the wonderful man I had married, back again, and it has been a joy. I feel I can stand anything more that life has to dish out to me, now. I have been very lucky. Hedony >Today is our wedding anniversary and I woke and thought `Be Happy'. So far, I am noticing the pain, much less! > Love, Hedony Hedony, HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO YOU!!!
