Dear Minga; I was at an ODOC meeting 11 years ago downtown as a repersenting

CAO, to invite ODOC to Join us in unity, but do not recall the president of

that association making that coment. Would you please tell me who that was?

Minga, Actually, ODOC was formed in 1990 by OCPA members who were disenfranchised

and angered that the organization refused to follow its own constitution

and bylaws. CSO and OCPA combined to form CAO later in late '91 or early

'92.

I may be wrong, it's been so long. However, at the time I recall it was

not the OCPA

moderator that made the comment to me. I hesitate to

name the person on the listserv. It's the story that I think is important,

rather than the

name of the person.
