a real message from Rainy

First, and most important: I want to thank a for letting you all know

what is going on, that I haven't fallen off my chair again. (But boy! does

it feel good to be back!!!) a, I went and read your message on the web

and I just loved the last line where I will be forced to clean. I read it to

Ryder and he laughed! Thank you! But can you believe? I DID find other

things to do to avoid cleaning!! LOL. Well, I did scrub the bathroom. So I

did do some. The bathroom is one I don't let go. Then I did a lot of

updating on my genealogy. I will have to explain all that I've done at a

later date. As to what I've been up to since last spring. Believe me, the

list will be short!

OK guys, I don't know what the problem is. I can post to you from my Outlook

Express and you get the message, but they aren't coming back to me in my

email. BUT I did get the welcome post that is auto sent out from the list

when you resign with a new addy. Apparently, I can also email my Mom, and

she emailed me back and I got it. Why I am not getting the posts from RA is

beyond me. It must be something on their end with the new provider. The fact

that I can do this is a miracle.

But just so you know. This may all be temp. I could go down at any moment

with them tinkering on the other end. But at least for now I can do this

much.

Now, on topic. Pain was a killer yesterday. I can sure tell when my Remicade

wears off. I'm due to go in next week, and I will ask about going every 7

weeks. except for my shoulder being a real pain, but I found a solution to

that, everything is hunky dorry. which brings me to ask this question. Has

anyone tried that roll-on Arth-Rx that you put right on the joint? Kinda

like ben gay, etc. Well, I was desperate one night, when absolutely nothing

would work, and asked Ryder for ben gay or aspercreme. His Mom had Arth-Rx.

I tried it and the pain in my right shoulder that I've had since last spring

was gone over night and it lasts about 3 weeks and starts up again. I've

never had something like that work before. And this was excruciating pain.

The kind where I was carrying my arm around with my other arm. That was part

of the reason why I wasn't online for a bit. It's my mouse arm.
