Depending on the eo or fo, I may add double it or add half more. Lavender Sandalwood and/or Sandalwood Ylang Ylang are good too. I have not be able to find Everclear. I've been using 100proof Vodka and it works well. Is one better than the other? I tried adding some Aloe Vera Oil instead of Glycerin. Body Lotion is nice, also. Their service is wonderful! I plan to try the shampoo next, can someone give me some insight on it? I used Soap Wizards lotion and found Bitter Creek to be very close, just not quite as thick and a whole lot cheaper and they are excellent on customer service, including electronic checks. Guest guest Posted April 21, 2001 Report Share Posted April 21, 2001 Karyn, Soap Wizards is where I get all of my bases also. There shampoo/conditioner is a good product, but runny, most people don't like that. I have long hair (a couple of inches below the shoulders), and since I have been using it (won't sell what I won't use), I no longer have been using conditioner. I do occasionally put a dab of oil (olive, jojoba, whatever) on the ends. I like their spritz best also, but I have a problem with oil disbursement and color, do you know any hints, they told me it just depends on the quality of oil. Also I have noticed that vanilla scents tend to start smelling, well, like a skunk after about 4-6 weeks. So far I have been selling to friends, family, and word of mouth, but next weekend I have the opportunity to put some products in a flea market, all this talk of regulations has me wondering, can I put a chap stick out as long as it lists ingredients and makes no claims as to being healing etc.?  Is there anyone on the list in the southern Indiana area? They carry stuff like Bloom, Fresh, Dr. Hoy, V'Tae, Davies Gate, etc. That is where I learned to love soap!! Fresh's Wisteria body balm and triple milled soap. I am definitely an addict! Am I safe in assuming 50grams poly to 50 grams fragrance added to 900 grams water is a reasonable recipe? There must be a quick way though? A suggestion on " drops " , rather than counting them all the time. Use syringes. You can get all sizes - 1cc & up syringes at the pharmacy. Count the drops into the syringe (pull out the 'plunger' of the syringe and put your finger over the small hole and drop into the big hole). Then you will know how many cc's you need (most likey under 1cc for a spray, so buy 1 or 3 cc syringes so you can be extremely accurate) and you'll never need to count drops again! You may even be able to find these things...I have no idea what they're called...any nurses in the house? They are rubber " stoppers " that you put into the top of the bottle, put the syringe into the hole at the top of the " stopper " and tip the bottle to draw out the correct amount. I draw a lot of meds for my son and these things are a huge time saver. If you do get these, make sure you buy the syringes that are called Exacta-Med® Dispenser. They have a wider tip that fits into the stopper. Other wise you could get tips that are too narrow and you'll be dripping FO everywhere! Here's the recipe I use for a 4 oz bottle of spray: 3.5 Oz of distilled water 20 drops of EO OR 25 drops of FO Add the same number of drops of PS20 as you use of EO or FO Shake and spray!!!!
