Wedding's done and my sanity has yet to return

's wedding was beautiful. As all of you who are Catholic know, they are

long enough to get your money's worth:)) She was lovely and the burgundy and

gold color scheme was perfect. was so incredible looking in his tuxedo

with the gold vest and bowtie and Moira (15DS also) was exquisite in her

burgundy gown with gold necklace and earrings. She and danced together

after. looked beautiful in her gown and Mike in his tux as well. He

had tears rolling down his cheeks. Both of them loved my rendition of

Shcubert's " Ave " and the Psalm I sang. My dh was lovely in his tux too:))

Only 40 or so folks showed but my family had the most representatives. YEAH!!

I would never have made it through catering the whole thing without Moira's

mom and 's birth mom. I was so NOT looking forward to having the birth

mom as a house guest but she was a wonderful lady who obviously wants a

relationship with . didn't cut her ANY slack. I felt sorry for

her.

We may never recover from this year's expenses. flunked out of

college and so we spent $6,000 that only yielded 9 credit hours in two

semesters. Her wedding was so very expensive even with us doing the cooking and

catering, as well as discounted everything. OH well, we'll spend some time

saving and scrimping. I just wish could find a teaching job. People

leave all the time in the middle of the year but obviously not this year. It is

however our ANNIVERSARY (Dec 22) and it is the 23rd. The miracle is we still

like each other:)) The priest yesterday told and Mike that if they can

follow our example, they'll do fine. LOL Thanks for all the support guys.
