The bath salt tubes that Kay sold last spring are clear 1 inch x 6 inch tubes with a very nice aluminum scre-on cap. Very nice for natural looking lines. I got the info thanks to Shaye and I only need about 500 at this time too if anyone else is interested please let me know and we can figure this out. Being that I am only interested in dealing with folks on our CNY list I am not going to make a profit so here is what the company sent me directly;

Hi -- thanks again for your inquiry. Please find pricing as follows:1 x 6 ol threaded container: 1M $206.15/m2.5M 196.20/m 5M 161.05/m10M 150.25/m 25M 146.25/m 50M 142.25/mNickel screw cap 50.95/m

So one thousand is 206.15 and caps are an additional 50.95. The price drops as you buy 500 more .

I would be willing to have them sent here and do the splitting and sending out.

I haven't sent an order yet-I don't think it should be too awfully much as

they are so light-just bulky-I will eat the S & H to me and just get the money

to have them sent from me to you folks.

Is that OK?

How much do these tubes hold ounce wise? I wouldn't be needing

500, but if enough people go in on this, I may want 100 or so.

Deb,

Do we need to buy a minimum of 500 or can we start lower? I'd like to try these but since I've never seen them or tried selling them, I won't know how they'll go over. I like the kraft bags with a wooden scoop but they tend to get spots on the bottoms. I use jojoba in my salts but not so much that it should leak through. These are coated too. I'd like to try something different. Thanks!

Well, when I made a batch I'm using 4 cups of fine sea salts and 2 cups of

coarse sea salts. Of course, the rest of the salts are fine, too. So really not

too much of the final product is large rocks.

Hi Deb,

Do you have a pic of these tubes that I can look at? I'm having a hard

time deciding, I have so many different types of packaging stashed away

that I just had to have, but never managed to use. : )
