Guest guest
Hi, I read in 's post about a self-centered father. I think there are an equal number of self centered people in both sexes and that everyone can be self-centered at one time or another, it's part of human nature. Anxiety medicine is great (I take two kinds) but it doesn't always work. I just came from Wal Mart where I practically had to flee the crowded store with narrow aisles and no room to maneuver carts or bodies after a slight anxiety attack came on. I had taken both my medications. Anxiety, like self centeredness, is a part of life too. Even people who are undiagnosed, have bouts of anxiety and many people probably have anxiety/panic attacks of varying degrees without even knowing what they are but if you have a severe one go get it checked out. Their symptoms mimic heart attack but I've been told they have nothing to do with the heart, they all come from the mind. Anyway they can be nasty customers and come on for no reason in my case.
