Hi stacie

I am so sorry about the problems that you had.

When i had my first one i had the same problems.

The hospital done the same thing with me change my

meds and after two days on them all went well after.

I was the same as you but the meds worked and i had

the defib for five years then I had a new one and all

is well.

I do understand how you feel but all will work out

dont worry i know its easy for me to say but it does.

Have a Happy Christamd and a happy new year.

Keep the smile on you lovely face.

All the best from Colin Kerridge at

When my one goes off i always pass out it has its plus

and mins the plus is i dont feel it go off so i have

no pain at all which i like as people have told me it

hurts so its a plus. The first time my one went off i

was doing dinner then i found myself on the floor as

it had gone off. I was taken to hospital with it still

going off then when i got to hospital the doctors

said it was best for this to happen as i had no pain

in the chest.

The doctor then was the best in England and is now a

friend of the family and I am always called in to talk

to people about it, but this does not help you i know

but he has always maintain its always the best for

people to pass out when it goes of then nothing

happens to you only apart from it going off of course.

I am on my second machine now and do not worry about

it going off at all perhaps this is the best way that

i can not tell you but is best for me.

So please do not worry the doctors will get things

done for you and all will be well again for you trust

the doctors is all i can say. When you have your new

machine i hope it will be better for you but please

dont worry about it as this does not help you I know

its easy for me to say this but i never worry about it

Hope this has hekp you in a small way

Dear Staci,

Never fear as angels are watching over you. Passing out is the most

unpleasant experience but when you wake up to the world again it the best

experience in the whole world. This is the season for believing.

Thank God for you ICD and a great doctor.

Love you Sharon
