Good point. I couldn't say for sure - 45 degrees? 60? 30? Dunno. But I do

know that no rotation is better than any in a susceptible patient. What we

do with that knowledge is what i am trying to get at.

I think it depends more on the psych-motor skill of the D.C. than the amount

of rotation. It's how you do it. is right. A non-rotational method

should be safer, so use it. If you don't know it, learn it. I'll teach it

to you for free if you want.
