Sorry, I have never experienced sternum pain. The only pain near the sternum

I get is from GERD. But I know that is what that pain is from

Dear a R

I have the pain that you are describing. I just saw a

rheumatologist last Thurs. He showed me that the

pain that " I have " is due to the extreme fibromyalgia

flair that I am currently experiencing. There are

" officially " 18 " pain places " .. however, it feels like

I have about 30 -100 of the 18!!!!

So, what I am saying, is that I am not certain that

fibro is causing YOUR pain, but I am certain that it

is causing mine. Good nutrition, as well as rest,

alternating with gentle, non-repetitive activity and

decreased stress as well as several medications

(i.e.: muscle relaxant, fenesin, and those for my

other disorders) is the treatment plan that I am

attempting to follow.

I hope this is helpful. By the way, this was NOT a

" weird question " .. (well, if it was, I'm " weird " , too!!)

May God continue to provide each of us with a measure of

STRENGTH, WISDOM and PEACE.
