Jeeze louise guys!!!!!!!!.....have my posts been invisible for the last year?!?!?! Don't you read ANY professional literature from your national organizations which provide their members with this info???? (oh, i forgot only 16% of us are members) Dr. K....I'd like to "pardon your ignorance", but c'mon let's get with it guy, try reading one of my posts once in a while.

, are you serious? I hope your office manager at least knows more about medicare than you do sir...I am literally dumbfounded that you have not heard of the P.A.R.T. criteria.....(which, unfortunately, incompletely and inaccurately defined!!)...I have been yammering on about it for a year and have posted links directly to the original information on this.....ARGHPHRUMP!!!!!!!!

And, if anybody asks me to repost old posts on this...I won't do it..I'm gonna sit this one out. So don't ask.

I'll will reiterate that Noridian is in the midst of a an auditing campaign with respect to chiros and the axe is gonna fall on those of you who haven't informed yourselves and you don't have to be accused of fraudulence to be ordered to give back money you only have to have been "negligent"....I am going to have a few good laughs listening to stories of how these chiros 'didn't' know how" or "weren't told"...........my experience in dealing with chiros in the last year (since i have been the the chiro rep to Noridian's CAC committee) kind of reminds me of chiropractic college when the same whiners would complain when the professor didn't tell them EXACTLY what was going to be on the test....they sat around after the test and said "he didn't tell us that question was going to be on the test" I just shook my head in bewilderment , as I do now. This medicare stuff is easy folks...you have to invest a little time in informing yourselves....
