ZapChat Mysteries Resolved!

Ever have a day when you open your billfold or purse, expecting to

see a dollar... and you discover you have three or four instead?

That is what just happened to me when I started trying to figure out

why I am getting so many EMails lately about when and where to go for

ZapChats.

I just realized... some folks are going to our standard chat site via

the ZapLife URL (http://www.ZapLife.org/chat/freechat/) but many

involved in the three various (eGroups) services are going to

these pages:

chat/

chat/2 and our (old) experimental group:

chat/zapChat

So.... some people are going one place at the scheduled times...

others go somewhere else... and still others go to the third or

fourth place!

Gazooks - no wonder some of us are feeling lonely! Not to refuel a

debate on religion... the web's a big desert to wander around in

looking for other signs of life! hehehehe (Incidentally, I draw my

beliefs from a composite of Christian, Jewish, Islam, even Zen

philosophies with a few other exercises such as Tai Chi and

meditation mixed in for seasoning. I'm not preachin' just offering a

clarification for those who wanted to know why I insist on a gentle

tolerance of all.) Whatever works, eh? <G> A valid point many made:

use DELETE instead of REPLY for material rubbing you the wrong way.

Anyway... back to ZapChat issue. I suggest all rendevouz using our

original (non java) site at http://www.ZapLife.org/chat/freechat/ for

the regularly scheduled sessions at:

10PM EST Monday

9AM EST Tuesday

8PM EST Thursday, and

1PM EST Saturday

Use the others when you can for impromptu sessions, local support

group use, family reunions, etc. If you don't mind, please drop me

an EMail to let me know when this is happening so I can check in to

see how well it's working. In a few months, I will run a survey/poll

to see which most of you prefer. At that point we may switch our

primary ZapChat to the eGroups program.

Stay well!

Duffey
