Oh, my gosh, ! No belly button!! That makes sense, but I never

considered it as a possible consequence of abdominal surgery before. How

much extra time (and money) would it have taken to leave you a belly button?

Shoulder pain is something I am familiar with - it is terrible. I am so

sorry that your left shoulder is bothering you so much. Although it's more

time and money, I would go for an MRI to see what's up since the x-ray won't

give you nearly as much information. Then your doctor can better decide what

to do for you.
