Hi Everyone,

For those members who are still a member of the other cnysoap list

let me say I'm sorry for mouthing off over there this morning.

I've seen the paper work from the craft show, they were totally wrong

and covering their own butts, but there is no setting that straight.

Ginger , the organizer for that show was on top of it all. The

reason I name her is so her name will be remembered as a person who

can handle a show properly. Her communication was great. Phone calls

were numberus making last minute changes and set up. I'm sure Colleen

on the list can verify what I've said.

Now.....I've moved our list to " Restricted " and removed several

members with a letter stating why they were removed. These members

can once again join the list providing they email me directly and I

see their IP number in the email properties. I've done this to

protect the remaining members.

If at any time you recieve unwanted email off this list please send

it to me and the person will be dealt with....either by removal and

banning from the list and/or through abuse at groups. It sadens

me that I have to do this and hopefully we can open the list again to

open membership. For now new members will have to be approved to

verify their IP number. All other functions of the group are

unchanged.

Though these measure may seem extreme I have a list and list members

to protect.

whoa Teri-what did I miss here? I just scrolled down and since going no mail

only have a few more posts to read and don't see anything to go with this?

Nothing major Deb...I was trashed again on and off their list for no reason....I

finally got proof in more ways than one that Steve and have booth been in

our list for who knows how long after being banned from here. I'm just

protecting the list members here by making it harder for them to enter our

files, read whats going on and do more trashing. I was the target once again,

but I don't want anyone else to fall victim to them. I was sent another email

from a member of their list and Steve stated....

<<<Should any further harm be effected by Terri Wagner with any

actionable commercial consequences, we will take this matter

up in Civil Court.>>>>

So to keep everyone safe from being missquoted and possibly sued....we're

restricted until the winds die down.

He took things off our list...things I had posted and twisted them for his

liking and to once again belittle me and his list on and off his list in my

personal email.

Terri, as you well know, you aren't the only one who has been

harrassed by those two on and off lists. I ditched their group

after Steve's harrassment of me back in December. And I got a few

more notes from him until he finally realized his email address had

been placed in my dump file.

As for taking legal action....LET HIM!! But I wouldn't worry about

it. I think hes just a bully and thinks he can intimidate people.

But...Sweetie, one of my best friends is a crack lawyer in Syracuse.

He LOVES going to court against people like this. He always

wins....and (shhhh LOL)...he does most work for me for free. So, if

Steve-o wants to take you to court...I'd be right there along with ya

(vbg).
