rebatching a few bad batches of soap

My olive oil and crisco soap is going to be a thing of the past, I have 4

batches that are like rubber when I remelt it. Can someone tell me what to

do to save some of this mess. I hate to pitch it all in the garbage, but I

have no idea what to do to make it better. Thanks , Kathy
