Lot of folk put it in thier base oils when they recieve them before they store them. Shaye The Soap Shack www.mysoapshack.com Whats ROE? Ok I searched and searched...I know I have the info SOMEWHERE! I can't for the life of me remember what ROE is. Whats it purpose in lotion? I thought after all this craft show that I would try my hand at real basic lotion. Re: Whats ROE? Thanks Shaye, I'll call the health food store before I make the trip out. The recipe I have for lotion calls for only one drop so I'd hate to have to pay shipping on and experiment.
