http://www.anapsid.org/cnd/diffdx/klapow.htmlThis is a parasite commonly found in people with CFS, but I wonder about all of the people who have had bird mites. 66% of people with CFS test positive for this parasite. The parasite name is cryptostrongylus pulmoni. I have not been tested for it, but have been for other parasites. Type it into your search engine and see what people say about it, the patient diagnosis, etc.; it does cause a crawling sensation and is a roundworm. I believe the treatment for it this is Ivermectin.

Hi dear Aggi,CFS is Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Lots of people with CFS actually have Lyme, and that is why I posted that. I know it doesn't pertain to most people here, but it was just a FYI. Hands are doing a little better... have been wearing arthritis wraps. Seem to help. How are you doing and how is work? From: "Aggi Assmann" <aggi_assmann@...>bird mites Sent: Wednesday, May 2, 2012 3:04:00 PMSubject: Re: Cryptostrongylus Pulmoni

Dearest ,

I just found this old post, many thanks for your answer !

Work is kind of crazy since I've been on vacation. My back-up had no time for backing me up

and that's the way it is nowadays in Germany. All about cost saving. Less people doing more and more

work. More and more people with "burn-out-syndroms", which is an officially acknowledged disease now.

Man, I should have gone to the doctors with burn-out-symptoms when my infestation happened and couldn't sleep for 8 months. I wonder who is ever ever going to acknowledge a human bird mite infestation ? ...

I am working in the pharmaceutical industry as a project manager for an innovative Parkinson and now also RLS product. This is ironic itself, because all my mite misery begun when I started working for this company back in 2009.

Are your hands still okay ?

Just curios, what is in the arthritis wraps. Do you know the active ingredient in it. Seems like I got that problem in one of my knees know. Still needs to be confirmed as I want a second opinion of another doc.

I was hoping it to be an abx side effect, but I am off for 3 weeks now and problems are not wearing off.

Probably the result of doing sports (running) excessively. Unfortunately, everything's got a price in life.

Hugs,

Aggi

Dearest ,

I just found this old post, many thanks for your answer !

Work is kind of crazy since I've been on vacation. My back-up had no time for backing me up

and that's the way it is nowadays in Germany. Oh no, not Germany too! I hope it never gets as cut throat and all about the money as it has here in the U.S. Some of it is about greed here not just cost savings. All about cost saving. Less people doing more and more work. More and more people with "burn-out-syndroms", which is an officially acknowledged disease now. Man, I should have gone to the doctors with burn-out-symptoms when my infestation happened and couldn't sleep for 8 months. Yes, the docs would have given you something and probably called it delusional parasitosis. I wonder who is ever ever going to acknowledge a human bird mite infestation ? ... I have not heard of a single doctor who has acknowledged this, but, when I first went to my HMO doc, she and a dermatologist came in to look at my bites and lesions. They stood back from me about 5 feet and wouldn't come near. They also suggested that it was common that a spouse could develop the same delusions. How could I have produced these rashes and lesions on my body? Not only did I not touch them at all, but they did do a biopsy of one lesion which came out "insect related." It was a contradiction big time.My son was laid off from his job about a week or so ago, after 21 year at the same company. I am trying not to worry about him with regard to work and trying to stay positive that he will find something. He has no higher education, just high school, but worked for an engineering firm that is all about greed. I could hear the burn out in him for the last few years and fortunately we have a good relationship and he enjoys talking to me. Even with higher education people are finding it hard to find work. He and his wife bought a condo a few years ago and I sure hope they don't lose it. We will try to help them if it comes to that. Hope it doesn't.

I am working in the pharmaceutical industry as a project manager for an innovative Parkinson and now also RLS product. Sounds like a really good job! This is ironic itself, because all my mite misery begun when I started working for this company back in 2009. Do you think that the office was infested? I think buildings, houses, rooms do get infested and then give us "it." At least that is one way we can get it.

Are your hands still okay ? My hands bug me a lot. I have carpal tunnel in both hands (had right hand surgery in 2007 that did not work too well). And then I seem to injure myself now and then - I cut my finger 2 months ago cutting an avocado and have nerve damage on that finger. Hyper sensitive to touch. I'm a klutz. Trying to do too much and go too fast. The gloves I purchased from a medical supply store here. They have the tips of the fingers exposed and they are stretchy so they put slight pressure on the hands which compresses the fingers and hands. I wear those when my hands are hurting and at night. They are made for arthritis and I have that too in hands and back. Fingers are getting sorta bent. Just curios, what is in the arthritis wraps. Do you know the active ingredient in it. Spandex.

You might think this is weird Aggi but for certain injuries I've found that magnets work to increase healing. I have used them on slight knee sprains mainly. I bought magnets from a store called Nikken years ago (check them out on the web--a Japan based company)... have many sizes for various problems and I use medical tape to place them. It always works for me and I put them on my husband too and they have never failed to increase healing and shorten time of rehab from an injury. I have one very large one about 10" x 10" in size. I put that on my back when having a bad time and pain totally goes away. If they had such a thing for the hands I'd buy them. Maybe I'll take a look...The other thing is this herb Moringa is a miracle worker and I don't take it lightly... nothing has worked as well for my mood and energy in general. No antidepressant works as well as Moringa. - hugs to you!

Hugs, Tschuss --
