Insomnia is common with Lyme Disease, Fibro and CFS. I've had a sleep disorder

for years. All those teas are good suggestions. I have some of those teas

(camomile) upstairs, but didn't think of it at the time. Fortuately, the

insomnia at its worst does not happen too often. But I must remember the teas

because they do help!

the worst insomnia strikes! I've also found that when I stay up too late and

ignore the time when I should go to bed, I get a second wind and then it is

harder to go to sleep. I start yawning around 9 pm... really should go to bed

then, but stay up to visit with my husband.
